The owner declares that he/she has read and hereby accepts the terms and conditions. Execution and performance: The Agreement is only effective after approval and confirmation by Designerstay. Agent's obligations: The agent agrees to make every effort necessary to promote the property across all relevant advertising channels. The agent is authorised to advertise in any way it considers useful for the purpose of renting the designated property. The agent agrees to regularly update all the websites and to optimise the property's visibility across all advertising channels. The agent agrees to write an optimised description of the property. The agent will ensure the rental at the rental prices indicated or prices agreed with the principal. The agent agrees to ensure that the rental terms conform to the principal's specific instructions (maximum number of people, children, animals, non-smokers, etc.). The agent will take all necessary steps it considers useful for the purposes of renting the property, subject hereof. The agent will immediately inform the principal when each reservation is made by electronic messaging. The agent will provide a report detailing the reservations on a regular basis and/or when requested to do so by the principal. The report and the details of the reservations will also be made available via an extranet to which the principal is given access. Principal's obligations: 1. The principal certifies their ownership of or right to rent the designated property. 2. The principal must immediately notify any change in legal or material circumstances affecting the letting conditions. The principal authorises the agent to promote the property on all relevant media and to inform agent if there are any websites or other media platforms that it should not be listed on. The principal agrees to immediately update their calendar via the calendar made available by the agent. There is a 100 EURO fee if there is a double booking, which will be deducted from the next payment made to the principal. The principal will no longer be able to notify the agent of a change in calendar availability once the reservation notification has been sent to them via electronic messaging. The property to be let must be provided to the renter in a state of cleanliness, and offering the levels of comfort and security, essential for a letting property. A comprehensive property insurance policy covering the renter's and/or the principal's liability will be purchased, either by the principal or the renter. Under no circumstances will Designerstay be held responsible where one or both parties have not purchased an insurance policy. For each rental, the owner agrees to carry out the property inventory check at arrival and departure and to hand the keys over to the renter. The principal undertakes not to directly let to any prospective renter who has been introduced by the agent.
